CMAS*** Gold

CMAS *** is the highest level as a sports diver, It is the last step before instructor training.  You are qualified to lead beginners in the water.

Training content:

• Repetition of CMAS ** Including specialties theory
• Diving in all typical environments, deepdiving, O2, physics, medicine and diving with beginners.
• liabilities
• Apnea
• 5 dives
• Practical skills
• Equipment check
• Planning and guiding for beginners dives
• Ascents and different stops
• Group leading
• Rescuing
• Navigation

Requirements:

• Min 65 dives, 10 dives in a depth between 30 – 40m
• 18 years of age
• CMAS** or equivalent
• Speciality Rescue and Nightdiving
